A killer sample sales letter you can send to attract a crowd.

Hey,

Here’s a sample sales letter I came up with that you can use to attract local businesses/residents to come and listen to you speak.

Speaking in public boosts your credibility through the roof, positions you as the complete authority in your trade, and gets you tons of business.

Here’s the letter. You’ll probably want to modify it for your own line of work:

Dear First Name,

I’m writing to you because you and your employees need to come to this free event that I’m sponsoring.

It’s on making a killing – even in this economy.

I’ve spent money out of my own pocket to rent a room at the local (hotel/venue name) on (street name) because I feel that business owners like you need access to this information.

Why did I spend money out of my own pocket for a free event?

Frankly, I’m sick and tired of hearing that you can’t make good money in this economy. I’m making great money and my business grows every month. And the same goes for everyone in my inner-circle.

If we can do it, there’s no reason that you nor anyone else can’t also. It’s time to put an end to these myths and turn this economy around. Because what they say is true – knowledge is power.

And I have the knowledge on growing your business, and I want to hand it all over to you.

Also…

I’ve come to see that the more I help other people solve their problems, and help make their lives better and easier – the more my life becomes better and easier too.

It’s a strange fact, but it’s the truest fact I know.

So that is why I’m assembling you and as many local business owners as I can to come to this free seminar.

Here are the details:

(details)

If I were you, I’d mark that date on your calendar right now because if you’re anything like me, you’ll forget it the moment you put down this letter.

Also – just to let you know – the room can only hold 75 people max. I’ve sent out a letter to far more than 75 business owners. So if you’re coming, I’d recommend showing up a bit early to make sure you get a seat.

Will you join me?

Sincerely,

David Tendrich
